Kids Club

Timarron Kids Club & The Fort is dedicated to FUN! Each child who comes to the Kids Club & The Fort will enjoy a variety of activities during their stay at Timarron. All members are welcome to bring their children or relative children to participate in our child activity programs. It is our goal to provide a positive and safe environment for Timarron’s youngest members. Kids Club Hours Tuesday - Thursday 5:00 - 9:00 PM Friday 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM Saturdays 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM *Please note: Hours are subject to change if there are no reservations. Member Rates $15 per child- Flat Rate Reservations are Required Reservations can be made by calling the Club at (817) 481-7529 or through the ClubLife App. Drop-in care is based only on space availability. Behavior Kids Club strives to provide a fun, safe environment for children. Parents may be asked to immediately remove their child if his or her behavior interferes with the well-being of other children or disrupts the enjoyment of the Kids Club by other children. Personal Property The Club is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought onto, used, or stored on Club property or within the Club facilities. All personal items brought must be clearly labeled with the full name of the child or parent. Small items that are choking hazards are not permitted. Parent / Legal Guardian Members and Guests must remain on Club premises Parents MUST remain on property during the time their children are present in the Kids Club—dining, Fitness, Driving Range, and Practice Facilities. If your child has an accident during a Kids Club visit, you must return to assist and change his/her clothing. Information and Release Form All children in Kids Club & The Fort are required to have a signed registration form on file. All information will be kept confidential.
